Jay Jabbari  Senior Vice President of Sales As President of FedStore Corporation, Mr. Jabbari leads an experienced team of Information Technology veterans who together continue to build FedStore into a world class provider of technology solutions to the Federal Government.

Mr. Jabbari brings nearly three decades of extensive sales and leadership experience to FedStore with more than 20 years in the Federal IT sales and management arenas. He has an excellent and proven track record in identifying new business opportunities, expanding sales teams, and delivering revenues and profits along with outstanding client satisfaction.

Prior to joining FedStore, Mr. Jabbari spent seven years at HP in roles of ascending responsibility. He began at HP as District Manager and for the last three years of his tenure, was the US Director of Enterprise Sales and Services for Federal Government and Systems Integrator customers in the Imaging and Printing Group (IPG). Throughout his career at HP, he produced double digit growth each year and as the IPG Federal Director, managed a business which did over $1billion in sales.

Before HP, he spent 15 years at Canon where he rose to the position of Federal Branch Manager at Canon's Government Marketing Division. As Federal Branch Manager, he was responsible for new sales and solution development for Federal Government customers and Contractors.

Mr. Jabbari holds a bachelor's degree in Business from the University of Maryland in College Park. He is an active member and volunteer in his church Oakdale Emory United Methodist Church in Olney, MD.

Chuck Spence  Director of Federal Programs As Director of Federal Programs, Mr. Spence manages all of FedStore's prime and subcontractor based contracts. He and his team are responsible for the day-to-day administration of these contracts as well as ensuring compliance with all major programs.

Mr. Spence brings over 26 years managerial and executive experience in many aspects of Federal IT including vendor relations, GSA sales, product development, and marketing. Prior to joining FedStore, he worked at Ironbow, (formerly Apptis, a solutions provider) as Program Manager of the NASA SEWP IV Contract where he was responsible for all aspects of the GWAC/IDIQ contracts and where he initiated new, contract-specific reporting systems. Prior to his tenure at Ironbow, Mr. Spence was Program Manager at GTSI Corp. where he led a program team responsible for management of the company's largest contracts.

His career includes an executive position at Dunn Computer/International Data Products (IDP), managing the day-to-day operations of the $100 million federal systems integrator, manufacturer and service provider. There, he implemented strategic marketing programs that helped produce a three-fold growth in revenues over a 12-month period.

Mr. Spence holds a BA in Journalism from the University of Maryland.

He is an EMT volunteer at his local fire station.
